Twenty Seven — Restaurant in Chorley

Had to son's 7th birthday at the café and it was a success. I can't emphasis enough how accomodating and flexible management had been. Michelle went over and beyond to cater to everyone's need. She was thorough, very friendly and welcoming. The place is spotless, spacious and the decor is so rustic and warm. We were welcome to use the premises as we saw fit, moving furniture around and sticking our own decorations on (which Michelle kindly did for us the night before, so when we got in, it had that extra element of surprise!). They were even kind enough to store the cake for us overnight to facilitate logistics and transport. The warm buffet, the sandwiches and the deserts were delicious and very generous in size. Looks a lovely venue, clean and presentable however the food we had was poor. The breakfast was simply put a 1/10. Bacon has been precooked probably days ago and obviously been left in a hot server and is warmed up prior to serving. It tasted awful and was rock hard and a very cheap product. The sausage looked more like a cigar and tasted so bland and was probably one of the cheapest on the market. The only fresh cooked piece was the egg and you can it really mess up beans and mushrooms. Girls were nice enough but when I returned my inedible sausage and bacon nothing was said and they charged full amount. Very poor customer service and to be fair this is probably one of my only ever reviews posted as I was so disappointed. Avoid...

Absolutely lovely food, you can tell its quality ingredients being used. Easy to order and make any amendments to your food. Delivery always on time and piping hot. Have even managed to covert the workplace into joining me. All portion sizes are more than generous, would love to add the salad when I have the jacket potato, but the portion would just be too big and I don't like to waste food. Have ordered bacon sandwiches in the past and they have always been exactly how I have asked for them. Absolutely no complaints from me. I have a feeling its now going to be a regular go to for work breakfasts...
