Domino's Pizza - Edinburgh - Crewe Toll — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

I have ordered tandoori chicken thin crust pizza and i got the damaged pizza, mostly the pizza got on the floor then i phoned the store to complain then the guy named roshan who was very rude to me , he spoke to me like i was trying to stealing the free pizzas. Again i sended the pics through email then he reordered the new pizza. And he sended the same delivery guy Morris to my door. He was very angry this time, he intentionally damaged again. I will uploaded the second picture which was the second pizza which was delivered second time, and he went away. Again i called them then the guy roshan not at all helpful to customer. Which was very painful. I used to order 4-5 times every week from the same store . I was their regular customer and this time the roshan try to teach me like this all they can do when we ordered thin crust pizza. How can the driver made the same mistake with same pizza also the same customer in the same time. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Their customer service is...

Total rip off. A real joke shop of amateurs. What a waste of money I ordered 2 large pizzas online Chicken and sweetcorn and a pulled pork and chipolte. When they turned up they looked nothing like the picture like they had about 6 grams of chicken on one and about 6 grams of pulled pork on the other. After phoning up to complain. I was told by the immigrant i spoke to that the best he could do is make a note of it the next time I ordered which obviously would be never again. I asked to speak to the manager and was told they were too busy making pizzas. I said I would hold as it was important and they left me hanging for 10 minutes before dropping the call. I tried for a while to get through and they would not answer. What a bunch of rip...

I am really disappointed with food safety and hygiene. I had ordered Vegetarian Pizza and I have received pizza in which I found pepperoni piece in it. I had reached to store customer service. They said sorry, further added, It might be dropped mistakenly. How it can you make such mistake. I am pure vegetarian and How can I get such service and such a food quality. This incident spoiled my dinner and my religion sentiments as well. This would be my last order from this store, If I wont get another store nearby, then I will not going to order pizza from domino’s. Such a disappointment from the store and its team.
