Greggs — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

In a rough joint but still good. Shop assistant liked high on something and totally bemused by the job at hand as he couldn't get my order right Shambles Ohhh and today! 01/05/18 another joke happened. I don't know but this is a different bloke and another disgusting customer service. He didn't get my order right and l corrected him and was as if I had snatched a juicy greggs bacon roll from an angry man. He looked totally not happy and this was after he told me the sausage rolls are made at the same store....(didn't get the relevance of this) this was around 1540hrs. As I was leaving, I noticed that there were no stirrer and asked for one. What followed was the most shocking thing to be said at a huge establishment like greggs. He tells me that there's a spoon that's inside water that's next to the bin that other folk have been using. This is close to the door and as you know Edinburgh, it can be windy. I quickly said it was not hygienic but he said the water was sterile. Ok, the water is sterile at the time of display and folk dip several times during the day and it becomes contaminated with God knows what. Second time i went on this shop and i was served with different type of morning roll plus with butter..maybe sounds silly but when you are expecting something and you are surprised with something different you get disappointed i already went in other Greggs and never was served with that type of roll or with butter...and when i asked if it was normal the person looked upset and offended saying if you like without butter you should ask and said its the same in all stores AND THAT IS NOT TRUE!!! And ask me to where i went and i answer and said well maybe they did wrong.... WHAT ARE YOU SERIOUS??? i dont think 3 different stores that served all the same way are wrong and this one is the right one...anyway in the end what i really didn't like was the way the person react i only asked if it was normal served...

The worst customer service ever, 5 days ago I've ordered pepperoni in 9am they did that for me, which was fine, and now they are telling me that they dont do that. And when I told them that they cut me off in the middle of my sentence which is very RUDE! Decide how are u going to do your work!!! You cant tell a customer first yes and then no... absolutely rude! 😡

Update: One day they say "we don't make pizza until 10am, went there 10:15am they said "sorry we don't make them until 11am." Theres literally just one nice staff there who offered to make my breakfast. Shame on the...
