The coffee is fine, and the staff are great - this 3-star rating is absolutely not a reflection on them. They’re efficient, friendly, and not the reason for this review. This is aimed squarely at the owners.

£4.10 for a take-away latte is steep. It was £4 just last month, so a price hike already feels excessive. And for what’s labelled as a “large” coffee, the size is pretty underwhelming.

Even accounting for rent and wages, the markup on a single cup like this is massive (155% on the back of a fag packet). It’s hard to justify charging this much; especially from a business with multiple sites, including a large café near the Meadows. If they’re not balancing pricing across their estate, that feels more like a cash grab than smart business.

It’s an ok coffee, but the pricing is off-putting and I can't see how it'll survive going into the next few months at this rate.

Staff needs basic training!.

Serving boiling milk to a child should we a big no!. We ordered several drinks including a white coffee and a baby chino for a 2 year old. While the white coffee was lukewarm, the baby chino, was boiling hot. I trusted the judgement of the barista and give to my child straight away on clear view of the staff, thinking somebody with common sense will not serve boiling milk to a toddler, unfortunately we were wrong. Fortunately he was only in pain for a few hours but it could have gone horribly wrong. Please play more attention while preparing beverages...

Lovely coffee and hot chocolates! I love that you get a piece of tablet with it too, such a nice addition! Delicious baked goods too. The staff are always lovely as well. Really nice to have this just by the park. One thing I would really appreciate is the prices menu back up though please! I never quite know how much I'm going to be charged, which is not a great feeling, so often means I don't buy multiple things or am shocked...
