If you have issues when ordering direct, top right of order page is a “help” button, use it, they are helpful getting a refund but … you must of tried by calling the store yourself, but it does work, or … order through Foodhub and complain to them but you must of contacted the shop yourself first.
30/06/24 update, made the big mistake of ordering from here again, Chicken shish and lamb doner combo, no lamb doner, just 5/6 pieces of rubbish chicken swimming in sauce. Was told it was human error and accidents happen … yes but this is the second time this has happened now and I am paying for it. Fries were $*#t as well. If anyone sees me near this place again, shoot me … see below …

Mixed chicken shish and doner on Halloween 31st October and a horror of burnt doner meat, hard dry tasteless chicken and over salted chips.
March’24 and tried again ordering chicken shish with doner and chips, the “chips” were like empty hollow bags of crisps or too hard to eat. Can’t say what the kebab was like because they emptied a whole jar of mayonnaise on it and so could not taste any chilli sauce so no point putting it on really, the chicken was again hard and dry, so much mayonnaise on it that the container went so soft i had to be careful picking it up or it would split open and all fall out on the floor.
Absolutely disgusting but glad to of found a much better place and cheaper too, look around because these really don’t care at all

Read moreWe ordered two mixed Donner's last night. The instructions we re very clear, one with BBQ sauce and one with no sauce. For some reason they decided that they would put different sauces on both. Perhaps they made a mistake i thought - these things happen. So i gave them the benefit of the doubt and called the restaurant and explained the issue. Despite acknowledging that they did in fact get the order wrong, they completely refused to rectify the issue. I was told to pay for another one !! I wasn't looking for a refund at this point, i simply wanted them to send another mixed Donner, and get the order right. So not only did they refuse to make this right but they actually had the audacity to make us place another order and pay to get what we originally wanted for a mistake that they made. I of course didn't do this. Maybe this is a technique they employ to boost sales ? It does seem, upon checking reviews, that they have a history of ignoring the order and just make up what they want.
The other mixed Donner was OK. Nothing much to say really, just mediocre. But the customer service and attitude of the staff was appalling. I can ensure you that nothing about our experience was a "Delight".

Read moreI ordered my meal at 18:39 today and ordered a burger delight with burger sauce. It arrived at 19:16 and had bbq sauce so I phone to get a replacement which arrived at 20:28. Then to open the box and it's just a quarter pounder with cheese and burger sauce no donner meat. I then phoned back to say about the wrong order and i was told on the phone at the person I was speaking to had made my burger himself and basically said that I was lying. He said he is to busy to send my correct burger it would take 2 hours or so. If I wasn't happy then I would get 10% off my next order.
