I have made an order in Colchester Turner Rise, Retial Park branch for the first time visit the was the shift manager which we have informed him we ordered from self service machine and we told him we donât know the order number because it didnât print the receipt we made an order at 14:45 ( it shown on my bank record if you need to proof as when we asked for receipt your were rude in front line staff with male with blonde hair not wearing a hat hair up despite handling the food did not give it to us and another customer asked us how long we have been waiting for our food to which I referred to my Apple Pay records and showed that we have waited for 35 minutes for our order so that what we said that same customer then came to the cashier and asked the your rude shift manager how long is the wait as 35 minutes when they were not even busy to their unnecessary rude attitude response they have been here less then 15 minutes and they donât know the concept of time baring in mind we have not made any complaints even when we could have and weâre waiting there patiently but was suddenly attacked verbally by your front line who clearly doesnât understand the concept of customer service I didnât get the rest names and I donât want to entertain such rude behaviour and refrained from a fuss as we found the your front line staff was not worth the time as he seems clearly bored from having a lack of things to do however I do hope that you do take action and hopefully train him better or hire someone else more deserving because that is more or less likely the reason why the shop had a bad reputation from other customers we have met who experienced the same thing. Working at customer service myself this is truly not acceptable. On top of that when we have finally received our order we found that he has not prepared it the way we ordered and paid for , no sauce no salt with fries and have piad extra for BQ sauce and our order was incomplete for ,35 minutes wait is this really appropriate to be served incomplete food , that we had paid...
   Read moreThis McDonald's is the closest to my house and I'm often here. If I go Through the drive through more or Less of my experiences have been bad, Forgotten food. No correct sauces in the bag etc, or even the food is cold.
However when I have been in the restaurant I always sit upstairs and every single time we have been met by Chris ( the friendly chap with glasses) he is always so kind and is always more than happy to help anyone. He interacts so lovely with everyone and is so good at his job. People like him really save companies like this because although I regularly am left dissopointed by the drive through service whenever we're in McDonald's he puts a smile on mine and my sons face. Chris you deserve a pay rise.. we need more staff like you...
   Read moreNice new restaurant food was fine but they did forget my fruit bags for the kids, male manager on shift working the pick up line was rude and lucky I did not punch him, if my kids wernt with me may off bene different story there self service machine was out of paper so no receipt and he was not helpful I had to tell him to look up my order on his till then i herd him say to a colleague that I was lying and had most probably had eaten them self and wanted more for free.
