Street Food Huts — Restaurant in Colchester

My bf and I tried three huts today, and they are all just so lovely. We don't go to UofE (here for a conference), and I was worried about the low ratings / negative reviews of the food places nearby. These huts exceeded our expectations -- the food was piping hot, fresh, and well seasoned. We wished the curry from the Indian food tent was a little bigger, but loved the toppings. The sweet potato falafel balls were a bit small but the fresh veggies were generous and the pita/sauce were amazing. The personal pizza was very hot and fresh and tasty and surprisingly fast.
