Gatwick Pop Inn Café — Restaurant in Crawley

We walked to the front and was looking at the breakfast menu, discussing the options when the man behind the till asked what drink we would like, we said 2 x Lattes. We then went on to order 2 set breakfasts. These come with a tea/coffee. We were charged for the breakfast and 2 separate Lattes. At no point were we advised of the hot drinks included with breakfast or asked if they were required as well as the Lattes? Why was we not provided/asked about the tea/coffee included? Yet happy to charge just under £7 extra for the 2 Lattes. Bad...
