Went here before the trip home, was absolutely a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is really nice, it isn't some dingy pub in the middle of nowhere. They have parking, and a very wide selection of drinks. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very pleasant and polite waitress/bar lady. We ordered the nachos starter for one, to share between the three of us, and added the pulled pork, and that was fantastic. You don't get any guacamole, but there is Soured cream. The amount of cheese was also decent, I have a problem with a lot of places not having enough cheese on nachos. We were a little too lazy to look through the Indian menu however, it's a bit too long and disorganised. We asked our waitress for a recommendation and all got the same meal, the 'chicken tikka nanwhich'. Its basically a giant, Indian wrap. It's served with some lovely yoghurty minty dip, which we ordered more of. That was an amazing wrap, I almost managed half of it, but the guys ploughed through with ease. It was inexpensive, I think £8 for that main, and really, really worth it. They were also happy to accommodate for my strange request (some garlic) to make garlic mayo for our sweet potato fries. Those fries were really good too, simple, but full of flavour and with a lovely crispness. Highly recommended this place. The service was amazing, and the food was really good.

We had one of the most atrocious experiences here. One of the staff seemed very undertrained, as if they had no clue of what they were doing. We ordered Chilli paneer (since two of us were vegetarian) and chilli fish. The lady gave us chilli fish saying it was chilli paneer, and we ate it realising it was not paneer at all and tasted unusual. We called the lady who made the mistake over to talk about it and all she did was apologise. It wouldn’t be a big problem if it weren’t our diet due to religious reasons. She should have checked thoroughly before realising that the actual Chilli paneer had not been served at all to our table. She started blaming the chefs inside the kitchen when it should be solely her responsibility about what she brings to our table as it is in her hands. We nearly threw up realising we just ate something against our religious diet.

We often use this place to get our weekly take away. The more you order from this place lower their quality and standards fall for you. They don't value your loyalty. Food quantity and quality both have gradually gone down. The chilly chicken we ordered is clearly unpalatable and stale. It clearly looks it's been reheated and yet arrived cold to our home when delivered. Third time in a row they failed to deliver the full order and upon calling this time the gentleman advised me to take his name for next time order. Take your name for what...to have it as replacement for the unfulfilled order??? Will never order from these ignorants anymore.. There are several better restaurants in the town than this overpriced cheap place.

This restaurant has completely turned itself around. I visited a couple of years ago in 2018 and it looked really run down. Now however it looks amazing, modern and fresh. The owners spent 3 months refurbishing it and the food is brilliant. The service is a massive improvement. One word of warning though, make sure you book before you go otherwise you will not get a table.

Unfortunately the above review was quote a while ago....

06/09/2021 - We had a table for two booked for 7pm, we arrived on time and proceeded to the bar to ask about our booking. The guy looked at the list of reservations and just walked away, picked up some menus which i thought meant he would show us to our table but instead went to another table and gave the menues to them.

He then walked away again and called at me to follow him expecting me to know he was showing us to our table.

Dont get me wrong when we have been here before the waiters are amazing but today (Saturday) couldnt have been worse. We were sat at a table completely out of the way almost in a corner by an open door to he beer garden.

With no menus we waited for 15 minutes before shouting at a waiter (Who was brilliant) for help. We told him that we have been waiting and asked whether we would actaually get any service sitting where we were. He replied he didnt think so and moved us into the main restaurant area.

We had to wait another 10 minutes before being able to order drinks and starters, the drinks arrived 10 minutes later but we had to wait 45 minutes for our starters.

We ordered our main course and had to wait over an hour for these.

Dont get me wrong, the food is really amazing but the service and attitude of some of the staff especially what seemed like management really could use some work.

I get Saturdays can be busy but this is what you do, you run a restaurant and need to expect it to be busy.

The guy who looked like he was running the show needs training in customer management, he was only interested in the large groups and completely ignored the small tables.

We had friends that went the same night we did for the first time and they left after the just having the starters because the service was so poor.

All they need is to smile pay more attention to their customers and make the customer feel like coming back. Unfortunately i cannot say i will be going back as there are other resturants in the area whos food is just as good and they really take...

So I went this evening to collect 2 orders for Uber Eat and after I waited lots to ask if there were ready or not finally this lady shows up and she tells me she is going to check in the kitchen. I have been waiting for 30 min when I was keep being told that the order is being packed, that is was a large one, that they are busy so on and so far. After that half an hour I went in to the kitchen and asked the staff there if the order is ready they were keep saying "ready, coming now". I was keep saying "can I please have it if it's ready?". They were keep telling me it's coming and I was waiting there with no order coming packed at all. The owner said he didn't care, he said you can wait or you can cancel it, it's up to you. He had a very bad look in his eyes and I did told him "yes, I can see you don't care but these are your customers, not mine". After 45 min of waiting I took only 1 order and I left, cancelling the second one, when I was about to get in the car and drive towards the customer, the customer actually called me saying that she phoned them and they said the order is gone already for a while now. So everyone there is just going round and round, not telling the truth. I can't afford to wait 45 min and get paid £4 for a delivery. I have kids to feed and rent to pay. I used to have a decent job before the pandemic. Anyway... awful service, first time when I took an order from there and it will be the...
