Ballers Pizza — Restaurant in Cyncoed

I know this place is very new but WOW !! This place is going to be very busy & popular in my opinion. Firstly our group was greeted very warmly and professionally into a lovely laid out restaurant. Service was impeccable from start to finish. Thank you to Dimitri and the young lady who took our orders who was 1st class all night. The wine, beer and cocktails were all sampled and were all excellent. Cruzcampo on tap ( big thumbs up) Pizza orders were taken and delivered hot & fresh straight from the pizza oven in super quick time. Everyone in our group of 9 commented on the superb taste and quality of the food. Ps. Chilli & Cheese croquettes as a cheeky side dish were awesome also. Overall a fantastic night. Will definitely return (if it's not too busy)...

Ordered via uber eats, unfortunately our pizza had 95% of the toppings on one side (see picture). These were baked in toppings so not like they could have shifted if the delivery driver stored the pizza sideways, which there were no signs of in the box, or how the driver had our items stored in his bag.

Also the chicken on our pizza had that smell/taste where you know it isn't fresh, and close to going off. So overall not impressed with our pizza, considering that should be something such a venue should have down to perfection?

Dirty bravas were lovely however and couldn't fault them.

Overall wouldn't order from here again given the price doesn't match quality on the main item, and they think it's ok to place toppings...

Small, sloppy pizzas that were somehow undercooked on top and burnt underneath and there was more flavour in the padron peppers than either pizza.

Added to my pet hate of the "venue manager" sucking air through his teeth while looking at his computer to see if he had room in his empty (except 1 table) venue, then sitting us within touching distance of the only occupied table. It was over an hour before anyone else was seated.

We then waited 15 minutes to see him again, only to be told the printed drinks menu on a clipboard was out of date, so what we wanted wasn't available but I could drink a craft ale instead of cider?!?!

The restaurant looks great, but I'll be sticking with Romaeats and Scaramantica...
