Coffee Plus — Restaurant in Wales

Coffee Plus has become my regular go to place for great coffee, delicious lunch and tasty cakes usually with my best mate Lee. The owner Theresa and staff are warm, friendly and very welcoming and the dog friendly aspect of the place I love where I'll find myself regularly petting the owners adorable doggy.

Over time I've built up a really lovely and relaxed relationship withTheresa and the staff, coming here feels like popping over a friend's house.

Have lived within the vicinity of the cafe for years and the disregard for local residents is very apparent. Not being able to park near our own houses, or even access our drives as customers of the cafe park atrociously. Furthermore, with the recent work being done to the cafe, there had been no communication of the disruption it would cause. With many residents working from home, the constant noise is proving difficult to get any work done at all. Any communication at all would've gone a long way with the residents of the street. If the owners of the vans that are doing the work could refrain from parking on double yellows it would be significantly safer to pull out...

My MIL visited here last Thursday. She’s 85. She’s a broken arm, & can’t walk very well. Has to use 2 sticks. She asked an assistant if she could kindly order a coffee from her seat as she was struggling. The ‘owner’ then verbally abused her & her friend. Saying she has no right to ask her staff. To get up and go to the counter herself. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Not sure why she went back after the first time last year.
