McDonald’s has consistently been one of my favorite places to grab a quick and delicious meal. This particular location stands out for its exceptional service, cleanliness, and overall quality. Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring my order is prepared accurately and served fresh. The drive-thru experience is always smooth, with minimal wait times even during busy hours, which I truly appreciate when I’m on the go.
The food is always up to McDonald’s high standards. Whether it’s the classic Big Mac, crispy fries, or the refreshing McFlurry, everything tastes just as I expect—hot, fresh, and flavorful. The consistency is what keeps me coming back time and again. I also love the breakfast menu, especially the Egg McMuffin and hash browns, which are perfect for a quick morning pick-me-up.
I also want to highlight the cleanliness of this location. The dining area and restrooms are always spotless, which makes dining in a pleasant experience. The self-order kiosks are easy to use, and I appreciate the modern updates that McDonald’s has made to improve customer convenience.
Beyond the food and service, I admire McDonald’s for its community involvement. This location often promotes local events and supports charities, which makes me feel even better about supporting them.
Overall, this McDonald’s delivers on everything you’d expect from the golden arches: quality food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick meal, grabbing a coffee, or treating the family, you can count on them for a consistently great experience. Highly recommend...
Read moreCame here for breakfast at around 5:30, ordered using the touch screen kiosks, with no one seemingly available if you didn’t want to use them. All the making of food and preparing of orders including drinks and ice creams is behind a wall at this location so staff would appear with food and then disappear again so not the friendliest setup. None of the self service kiosks had a working scanner to redeem vouchers, requiring manual keying in of the barcode, also none had paper for receipts causing staff to have to manually reprint them for several other customers in the brief period I was waiting. In the small downstairs seating area that was open the chairs were still up on the tables, I had ordered my food to eat In, however this along with the fact my food was subsequently handed to me in a bag had for some reason left me feeling that they really didn’t want people eating in the restaurant! Usual issue of no napkins In the bag after being sent to eat in the car, although on the upside the car park is quite spacious so there were no other diners close enough to actively avoid eye contact with while eating...
Read moreWent in for vanilla milkshake and Maltesers McFlurry. “Simple,” I thought. Unfortunately it seems I was wrong.
I was kept waiting for ages, during which time several staff walked past me without saying anything.
Finally when I got served, I asked the grumpy man behind the till how long it would take: “It depends.” Right. Perhaps milkshakes and McFlurries take longer to make than I had anticipated...
As it happens, I didn’t have to wait much longer, but then it transpired I’d been given a banana milkshake, not the vanilla one I’d ordered.
Luckily I was eating in, and didn’t have to wait as long to get it changed as my initial order. The woman who changed it for me was - to my surprise - polite and friendly, unlike the other staff I met beforehand.
Also: dirty tables and chairs, PCSO turned up about something (presumably some incident), and the take-away delivery people there were also complaining about being kept waiting.
More like “slow food” than “fast food” at this McDonald’s during my visit this evening. On the plus side the McFlurry and...
