Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Dacorum

I've been frequenting this Starbucks since it opened in the second half of 2017.

Coffee is pretty much the same across all Starbucks branches and you go there knowing what you're getting so I've not based my review score on this.

I've based my review on the level of service I receive in this store. The staff are lovely however there never seems to be enough of them. During busy periods there only seems to be 2 staff serving most of the time. Sometimes takes me up to 20 minutes to queue order and collect my coffee. Further to this, the card machine has not been functioning a few times. The staff only tell you once you've queued up and hit the till, meaning you have to cross the road get cash and...

Unfortunately, i've had to leave a two star review. I frequent this particular starbucks with friends and my mum. About 50% of the time i'm met with a warm smile and great service. The other 50% is met with poor attitude from a young guy that doesn't wear a name badge or rude staff. After being told that we could use multiple gift vouchers to place our order. After we used our lower value one the manager told us that we can't do multiples! She was apologising and seemed geniune. It's just a shame the drink that we received was not even filled. Pros: Nice friendly staff. Very helpful people. Coffee is very nice Food tasty (but the cost of a veggie breakfast is very high these days!)

Cons: Parking - time limit and hard to park not great if you want a work meeting there (not their fault to be fair) Cleanliness - Everytime I go there it is dirty - the floor is never swept. There are crumbs on seats and tables need clearing and wiping. It is never done for the two hours I am sat there and I frequently go when it is not very busy so someone could do it. It is awful going to such a grubby looking place.
