Subway — Restaurant in Dacorum

AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS, received our order with items missing, called to complain but the manager was rude and did not care, said she spoke to the person who made our order and they said they done it correct so the driver must have done it, why would the driver untie the bag, take the chicken & cheese out of a toasted sub, remove the spinach & cheese from the meat ball salad, and take the bag of cookies then tie the bag back up? She was rude, unhelpful & arrogant & put the phone done in us, thankfully she gave us her name & contract managers name before putting phone down. This place is the pits, would give 0 starts...

What an absolute shambles! “Have your sub your way” what a joke! Having frequented this particular subway very often I was dumbfounded to be told they would not serve me my usual sub, as it was from an old menu. I have bee. Served the same sub on numerous occasions after it leaving the menu so why now all of a sudden is it an issue when all the ingredients are still ready available. The server was rude and unapologetic and tried to palm me off by saying they haven’t served it on over a year when conveniently I managed to order it at least 3 times last month from the same shop. PITIFUL! I really don't get it. Of all the Subway branches in my local area and there are many, this is the worst and has been since the day it opened. Last time I went it was a sub with hardly any filling and this time a pathetically small salad which lots of onion and hardly any leaves.Why is it this branch that is consistently poor?
