Pausa Cafe — Restaurant in Dartford

A busy Saturday I expected a slow service based on some of the other reviews, but was greeted quickly and with a very welcoming and helpful interaction with several of the staff, who helped me navigate the menu with a genuine enthusiasm to serve. Very refreshing these days to get such exemplary service. The value was great and the food was not only served quickly, but was very tasty.

Stand in slow que waiting to order, lady in front of me orders 4 sausage baps. When finally asked what we want to order, which was 2 sausage bap told can’t order that as after 12 O’clock. It was 1 minute past twelve, was in the queue 10-15min as so slow in there and the lady before us ordered 4 of them 30 seconds before us! Zero customer service and miserable unhelpful staff.
