Absolutely disgusting service!!!!! Waited over an hour and half for food Only to turn up half missing and absolutely freezing !!!! Called up and all they could keep offering me was a refund When I told them I didn’t want that they then told me I would be waiting over half hour for the rest If it . I wasn’t willing to wait for that so he started to moan at me telling me to put all the food back in the bag and put it out side for someone to collect . I called back and asked when the refund would be back in and he told me he was busy to do it right now and would do it later !! I asked when the delivery driver would be here so I could take it out and he just said “I don’t know we’re busy just leave it outside , what else’s do you want me to say You’ve got your answer What up don’t you understand English “

Wow and there his words How disgusting As a person who placed an order for her family after a lovly evening putting up Christmas decorations has turned very disappointing due to this very rude person Who clearly thinks it is ok to treat people and have that language to a customer like that...

Used to order from here all the time, but no more. Last 3 times the orders have been late, below their usual standard and the last time I will ever order I had to drive over to the takeaway to find out where our food was as I had concerns they may be closed as when I phoned 'the mail box is full'. Was greeted by a chaos of orders cellotaped to the counter and asked if I hung around for 10 mins I could take the order I paid for delivery. No apology. I decided to allow them to deliver and go back home. It was delivered just over 15 minutes later again with zero apology. The only reason I have not given them 1 star is because the food taster okay. The order wasn't bloody right again though! Chicken chow mein and we got.......

Very disappointed tonight they were our favourite Chinese takeaway but not anymore. I ordered our usual meat pancake rolls. Usually get 4 small ones with a dip in sauce… not tonight 2 large ones NO sauce. I asked for plain noodles in mushroom gravy. I got overcooked noodles all stuck together No gravy in sight stodgy gluppy mess couldn’t eat it. Hubbys SandP spare ribs looked and ate as if they were last nights heated up.
