Mr Fish — Restaurant in Doncaster

I always have the Large Cod because it’s chunky and thick, just the way I like fish. It’s cooked fresh to order too! The batter is really crisp and doesn’t hold too much grease. The chips are light and fluffy and again, not very greasy. The price is reasonable when you take into account the current economic crisis, hopefully prices will return to something like before the crisis. The staff are really friendly. It’s about six miles from my home, but it’s well worth the journey, and I eat mine...

First time here ,,,very friendly staff and very helpful ,very clean , and my Mrs orderd fish special looked gorgeous...my Mrs said was very good gathered that by not leaving any . I had chips ,pie ,peas generous portions in a well presented box ...the food was absolutely bang on I ate it all price wise absolute bargain was really surprised. put it this way our favourite chip shop from now even tho I have to travel 7 miles ..defo...

Ive been going to this chip shop for years and always loved it but they are slipping started by pre.cooked fish when it use to be cooked to order. And tonight me and my partner went in for there house special curry which we had many times before. But tonight's was few scrappy chunks of chicken and some small chunks of onion with the curry sauce you by to pour on your chips nothing like it was. And certainly not special...
