Mezza Pizza — Restaurant in Doncaster

I will never order from here again. Having already had one bad experience where it took over 2 hours for a delivery (should have learnt then) we ordered from the mezza website after we were told it was cheaper by the owner of the shop. We ordered just 2 kebabs for delivery at 7.30pm, the website said it would be with us within an hour. By 9 pm it hadn't arrived and after 2 phone calls was told both times it was on its way. At 9.45pm and further calls we were told they hadn't received a ticket, staff shouting at each other and then being told the order had never even been made. Nobody had thought to check, even the women who had taken our order told us not to order and pay before hand as 'it's like this all the time'. Wow, just wow. never again am i ordering from here, ordered from a women friday and everything was perfect we ordered from a man today and i asked for 2 southern fried chicken wraps, i repeatedly asked see if both of them were the exact same and he said yes. then he also said minimum was 8 pound so we could get a bottle of pepsi to bring it upto 8 pound, which wasn’t a problem so we said yes. the drivers that turned up were lovely when i explained that one of the wraps were missing and they told me to ring mezza back up and tell them so they could go pick it up, so i did and now i’m needing to wait for my wrap and so is my friend since she doesn’t want to eat without me AND i’ve also been told that i need to pay another £5 for something that wasn’t even my mistake! not...
