So we have ordered a few times for a dessert box to be delivered but as we was only around the corner we thought we would pop in for for some milkshakes. When turned up no real menu can be seen. But luckily we had a look on line first. Whilst waiting I observed a lot off thing going on. One things I noticed a lot off things are frozen the sticky toffee pudding was a deluxe one from Lidl. That was cut in half put into a box with a very cheep brand of custard and put into a microwave. The milkshake we had ordered I had ordered I noticed they was using Stamford Street Co. Soft Scoop Vanilla Flavour Ice Cream from Sainsbury's, I had got a Banoffee milkshake (apparently fresh banana and toffee( the lady got frozen bananas out the freezer and can't even tast the toffee in it bar the toffee around the cup. The hole milkshake tasted slimy. The areo mint milkshake was made with a Lidl own mint chocolate not areo as stated on the menu. Then after 3 minutes the milkshake separated so it was just pure milk on the bottom and foam chocolate on top. Both milkshake where rancid and undrinkable for the price this is extremely disappointing £11.90 for 2 milkshake that are going straight in the bin. I highly recommend staying away from this place as they just use keep using alot of cheep products you can buy from the local supermarket save your money.

Food is dry and everything is an extra. Cookie dough litterly looks like they've squashed a cookie in to a tray and very dry. Waffles are also dry and all toppings are extra. Portion size isn't huge when you eventually get it. This is the 2nd time I've tried this shop & on both occasions it's let me order and pay for cheesecakes only to find out when I collect it that they don't have any so I have to mess around refunding and reordering then waiting. Huge mess around every time, I wouldn't bother

I’ve never left a review before, yet the poor and neglectful attitude of the restaurant management resulting in wasting a huge amount of time and money for food that was inedible was frustrating enough to awaken my inner Karen. Highly disappointed with the customer service of the restaurant; my partner and I ordered a meal which took two hours to arrive. We contacted the restaurant through their website’s online chat option to explain that the food arrived cold and soggy & was no longer edible. The restaurant advised us to contact them directly through Facebook knowing that their profile has set up privacy settings to not accept direct messages. When we attempted to contact them again, they completely ignored the actual complaint and offered a 20% discount when we said we wouldn’t order again & would like them to be transparent with potential future customers about a service they promise yet are unable to deliver. The order was advertised to arrive within 45 minutes based on the distance, yet they continued increasing the ETA after the order was placed, eventually stating that it’s because of how far we are from the restaurant (literally a 10 minute drive) - we asked if they could at least ensure that they do not set up potential customers for disappointment due to not being able to deliver the service they promised, which was ignored. We didn’t ask for a full refund and yet the restaurant manager deliberately made attempts to dismiss us - clearly wasn’t concerned about the fact that they’ve sent out a cardboard box of microwaved slop with 0 regard of whether or not it’ll arrive before you’ve forgotten you even placed the order since you’ve watched the entirety of the first lord of the ring film to pass time waiting for it. The manager will go out of their way to avoid taking accountability and will literally send you on an hour long goose chase in hopes you don’t have the energy left to ask for a refund; please avoid ordering from here, the mental gymnastics is likely not worth it & any restaurant asking you to dm them on a marketing Facebook profile when they’ve literally got a foodhub online customer service option because they don’t want to talk to you over the phone is...

The cheesecakes were lovely we got white chocolate sauce and Oreo and it was gorgeous. They give a very generous slice and lots of topping on the cheesecake for only 5.49, which is an amazing price for the amount that you get. You can tell it is homemade and tastes absolutely amazing and very fresh. The staff were very polite and friendly whilst also being professional and the service was very fast in store. I have no complaints as this service was absolutely perfect, and I can understand the long waits for delivery as mentioned in bad reviews as the food is so lovely there must be a high demand. Thank you so much and I will absolutely be coming again!šŸ°
