Food never arrived. Rang the next day and was told it had been delivered to a different house but they don't care because someone got the food, THAT WE PAID FOR. Shouted at us, wouldn't take the order number, telling us to shut up and because he wasn't swearing it was OK to talk to customers like that. Had to get Just Eat involved and a formal complaint made. Absolutely disgusted in the customer service, you have an issue and they give you abuse. Only managed to get them to take the order after getting riled up, which I never do! Asked for manager and I got lip back that, that was the manager, absolutely shocked that a manager of a business can talk to people like that when they had an issue when it was not our fault. Ordered from here before and never had an issue. This time round it took over an hour and half to deliver, we rang twice to ask where it was which they just said it was on their way maybe stuck at the train tracks. Finally arrived at 10pm. I made a comment about it taking so long and the driver said to order closer to us and was just rude. One of the Garlic breads was burnt and the other was extremely salty. Decided to try somewhere new, ordered on just eat for delivery at 7pm, at 7.15pm rang to see where the order is... on its way we were told. Fine, we'll listen out for it. Takeaway rang at 7.40pm, 40 mins late(!!) to be told they dont deliver to our area... not only have we wasted well over an hour waiting for delivery, weve also spent £25 to be told we have to get that back from just eat.
