Ash Pizza King — Restaurant in Dover

Took over an hour for food to be delivered, it was cold, chips were soggy and tasted like they'd been microwaved. One of the polystyrene boxes had melted in the middle. Two pizzas had to be sent back as instructions for them not to have cheese on them were ignored. Requested diet drink and received full sugar. After another hour wait the new pizzas arrived, minimal topping, cold again. Vegetable lasagne was basically pasta and white sauce. Utter waste of money. They did rectify their mistakes, fairly begrudgingly, and I have used previously without any problem (never the best quality food, but cheap enough) however, I won't be using...

bad!bad!bad! i ordered pizza chips and chicken shish wrap with salad the chips were soggy and horrible!! the chicken was RAW called them multiple times no answer finally got an answer and the lady on the phone said i could have another wrap or money off my next order. so i said another wrap as i won’t be ordering from here again, an hour later still no wrap even though she said it will be 30 mins then she said she’d make it and it will be 10 mins the wrap still didn’t turn up so don’t recommend save...

DONT EVEN BOTHER!!! We have had food from here before (once) and had no complaints. Not amazing.....but not terrible. Does the job for a greasy takeaway. Decided to order again tonight via justeat and we were charged for our order. It was subsequently cancelled and the charge is still pending. No reason was given and we had to ring the restaurant for more information. Basically they didn't want to deliver to our area. If that's the case, remove it from justeat!!!
