Quite disappointed as placed order for VEGAN TENDERS with Korean bbq sauce, however they gave us MEAT, when we asked for VEGAN! That's a massive mistake as one shouldn't be this careless of packing meat to a person who's vegetarian! I have recorded a video and took a photo too, further sent on email as well, however no response from them yet! Rest of the food is amazing, no doubt in it, would have loved to order again from there but we wouldn't unfortunately now as we expected them to pack orders being vigilant enough especially for vegetarian/vegan customers! We swung by and grabbed the Beef Nasi Goreng, Bao Chicka, and Lamb Gyoza. The Goreng had a nice kick, spicy but not melt your jaw off hot, so you could still taste everything. Beef was tender, no weird fatty bits, and the jasmine rice was light and flavorful, definitely the highlight for me. Second visit we went for the Masaman Curry and Vietnamese Load Da Fries. Fries were solid, chunky, packed with toppings, and the jasmine rice was still doing its thing, just as good as last time. Masaman was as expected, smooth and creamy. No lengthy wait times, but they only have been open 6 weeks, so I expect that will change as the reputation spreads, saying that, good food is worth the wait. Was visiting the area from the North West with my Mum who travelled from London. Came across this place online and must say, glad we decided to eat here. If you're looking for something a bit different Rayu can certainly offer that. Food was delicious, staff are very friendly, helpful and generous. We were given 10% off our bill which was really nice of the owner. He'd also given a young customer a Bubble Tea on the house while we were there.
