T G's Diner — Restaurant in Dudley

Went for a breakfast as only place open on a Sunday morning. Absolutely terrible, dirty dining area, flies everywhere, staff didn’t even make eye contact just asked what we wanted. Ordered breakfast came cold and didn’t look the best, some of it was edible. Ordered two take away sandwiches waited 30 mins, stood by the serving hatch whilst waiting and witnessed so much poor practice, hash browns cooked and left on a plate waiting to be used by an open kitchen window, lady putting raw bacon on the grill no gloves then picking up mushrooms to put in the pan. Not washing hands. Lady making my sandwiches stopped halfway through had a drink from her cup then put it down by raw bacon carried on making sandwiches. Dirty kitchen area, sandwiches went in bin on way out. First...

My partner ordered a breakfast sandwich, got given a number. Server called the number we were given, received a sandwich with the right fillings but on the wrong bread and 2 extra hash browns, assumed the hash browns were included and the bread was an error so we just accepted it. 10 mins later they call the number again and walk out with the correct sandwich, we said to them you already gave us our order but the server denied and said we've taken someone else's order. Then went up to the guy who was missing a sandwich and nastily said we stole his order they'll have to make another. She then walked off into the kitchen staring at us and shaking her head.

The server needs to accept that they have terrible order management...

What a cackhole this place has become used to use it regularly a few years ago but omg service is awful waited half an hour for 2 bacon and mushroom sandwiches to be told they hadn't even started to do it and then came bk saying waiting for bacon so would we prefer sausage instead of waiting again lady was apologetic . Ended up with sausage and mushrooms but they looked and tasted like they had Been left in a pot for a week awfully my dog ended up with the sausage .In need of cleaning and organising better as lady in background cooking eggs was tossing oil everywhere such a mess then rested sandwiches on the cooker not nice to watch wouldn't recommend at...
