The Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Dudley

I don't usually give bad reviews, drove past it many times, looks like a nice cafe and I fancied a sarnie during my work day as a driver, however there is a small sign only visible when you are in the queue, this says they only accept cash, that's cool there's a Tesco over the road. I went to get some cash came back to be told there's an hours wait to get served. I understand they take phone orders, and their food may be nice however I take exception to the fact they have all their menus on display with pricing, place looks welcoming then you get told to do one because it's too busy after you have parked the lorry half a mile away because there's limited parking close by. If you are busy and not serving at the service area, close the service area till you have caught up...

Don’t know where to begin. DIRTY HOLE Expensive ✅ Overpriced ✅ Average quality ✅ Uses the same knife on the same board to do different sandwiches with different sauce ✅ So if like me you don’t like sauce but my friend does I get it either way 🤢 not only that I could have allergies/dietary requirements. Oh then to top it off inbetween customers she wipes the board over with a grubby cloth which would be full of Bacteria how can this place have the 5 out of 5 claimed on the heath & hygiene award 🤯...

Very mixed reviews in this play so I give it a go earlier this week waited around 15 minutes for me this is too long to have food cooked ‘freshly’ is a few breakfasts. no option for card so we were told there is a cash point over Tesco sharply. Not really the point very messy in presentation with the sign also scribbled all over. Food wasn’t bad but for the above reasons I wouldn’t rush back. Also seems to me like good reviews are wrote by family friends...
