Greggs — Restaurant in East Devon

'hot' food is still cold. Staff were nice but due to policy we're unable to reheat the really cold food.

Not the fault of greggs as a shared building but toilets were a mess. Mens and women's toilets were both out of order, delaying my ability to use the disabled toilet, which was an absolute mess. Water all over the floor, door opens inwards meaning if I collapsed someone couldn't come and help me, red cord was much too long meaning someone with low grip strength couldn't pull the cord. Toilet roll holder was empty and loose toilet roll was on top of the cistern, meaning someone with poor rotation or with one hand could not use it, not to mention being...

Possibly the worst Gregg's I have visited this is a new store and as such is very fresh inside but I also didn't expect to be charged more than any other Gregg's for this.the bacon and the sausage in the baguette was very dry and overcooked the roll was also very dry had no butter or the brown sauce I asked for the staff seem very uninterested when I question why it's 3.70 at every other Gregg's but 4.75 here I won't be visiting this store again and recommend others to find...

I won't use Gregg's but my husband decided he wanted a couple of vegan sausage rolls. They were handed over like vegan roadkill that had been hanging around for a couple of days...stone cold. He asked if they could be heated up, 'no' was the answer. How or why people use this place is beyond me. Stone cold 'food' and staff that are entirely disinterested, which is not surprising.
