Ah man, our usual go to Indian - Star Tandoori has recently closed down so we decided to try this place again after around 2 years. Ordered online, food arrived on time, but it was not enjoyable. It may have been the unusual choice of dishes we ordered but that shouldn’t be an excuse, ever. Worried the prawns were off (could be completely wrong) but they had a horrible pungent smell to them, not the usual smell I get with a prawn puri, and I couldn’t eat them. However over the course of our meal the restaurant filled up, creating a very nice atmosphere. Very attentive and friendly staff. Indian food was very good, highly recommend both the garlic and cheese and chilli naans. Wine selection was good too.
