Domino's Pizza - Bordon — Restaurant in East Hampshire

Don’t normally bother with reviews but need to do this one,

We ordered food 17/03/24 and even after a phone call from the store to advise there was no wings available and would I like to substitute another choice so went with Cheese dough balls instead, not a problem these things happen.

Now bearing in mind the order total after the discount voucher and delivery charge was £49.85 Once the order arrived on time (only good bit of this particular service ) there was two parts of the order missing. The substituted Dough balls and garlic pizza bread, informed the delivery driver at time and was assured it would be sorted ASAP

So after another 20+ minutes later I called the store to check where were at and it still took a while to arrive (lost track of time at this point ) but it took longer for the two bits missing to turn up than it did for the other 6 parts of the order and even then the dough balls were the wrong ones but in all fairness they probably did not change the details from Chicken wings to Dough balls cheese on the initial order.

I get it might be busy and all that jazz but surely then the team needs to be on the ball more.

Don’t really know what’s happening with the Bordon store this year they do seem to be having regular issues with orders and bits missing or wrong well that’s by our experience, only real saving point was the food was hot and as good as normal and the initial first delivery was on time stated,

sadly scoring went down hill after that

Looks like it’s time to try Pizza Time again, it’s been a few years since used...

Awful, ordered pizza which turned up so under cooked it was slop in the middle, couldn't even pick up a slice. On closer inspection also found black hair on it, eeeeeww! When I called they sent out a replacement pizza, when it turned up it was smaller than the one I originally ordered! Called shop again and just got argued with, was told that of it couldn't be, so obviously I must be lying, suggested their cook wears a hair net as I can see from reviews this isn't the first time hairs have been found but I was informed I was wrong about this also as apparently he doesn't have any hair! Won't be ordering from...

Today I had one of the best service I've ever experienced! I went to place a big order (13 large pizzas for a bday party) and Dariusz went above and beyond to find me the best deal (tried out and compared all possible options) to keep the order as economical as possible and even made sure that made some customisation on some of the pizzas, despite the bulk order. He was extremely helpful and polite and perfectly timed the preparation time so that the pizzas would be pipping hot at pick...
