McDonald's — Restaurant in East Hampshire

How can I rate the service of an over-sized, under-responsive iPad? Is it to fool me into thinking that taking the fast out of fast food is my fault because I have not studied the menu in advance? Or is it to trick me into selecting yes to 'rounding up' my payment by making a donation to an organisation that sounds a lot like a charity but is most probably pilfered for additional profits. No, dear Googler, it is help realise that nothing can prepare you for the disappointment of the whole Mickie D's experience. From start to finish there is as little human interaction as possible because they simply don't cafe about you, the staff, the cleaner or anyone....ezcept the shareholder. So don't complain that the food is bland or the seats hard or the lighting stark. Ok so I always thought McDonald's are pretty consistently good all round so I forgive the odd missed item/blunder etc...and this may have just been a bad day for them but. 1)they asked me to park in a bay then when the girl brought my food out she stood the other side of the fence just looking at me. Ok bad design by them they need a gate...so I get out and walk over to get my food np. 2) they forgot a double cheese burger that was on my receipt, np went in to get it, they handed over what was wrapped as a double cheese burger 3) but on our journey down the road we discovered it was a single :( 4) I asked for no red onions in the steakhouse stack, they labelled the box correctly but left the red onions in. 5) saltiest chips I've ever had at a Maccys 6)buns so dry or stale they...

Its a service station so never expect too much but one customer ordered 3 normal burgers which came with no meat patties and 2 bacon wraps with no bacon . Fortunately they ate in so coyld get it sorted but if they had left and driven off then what could they have done except turn back . Management was excellent and sorted it straight away but you could hear staff laughing and joking in the kitchen and not one was over 20 I bet so no attention being paid to what was being ordered. Another customer ordered a fruitshiot with the kids meal and got a fizzy drink and the ream member could not fathom out what the problem was ! Not the best experience of a Mcdonald 's but then again when a company hires young people on minimum wage why...
