McDonald's — Restaurant in East Hampshire

Rubbish, literally rubbish. I used to always rate this place (McDonald's at Petersfield) as 5 Star but I have noticed a major deterioration recently and today it has to be 1 Star. I was order number 15 but numbers 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 were served up before me even though I saw my meal sitting there getting cold. As a result, a lot of what we ordered was cold, so much so that I had to return the chips and 2 coffees and request replacements. The floor of the place is filthy with an apparent film of grease all over it along with several amounts of rubbish and food waste strewn about. At least five tables had rubbish left on them and over a dozen had not been cleaned. All of the bins were full and overflowing. The gents toilet was disgusting with wee all over the floor along with several paper items, the loo roll in the cubicle was left standing on the floor, the urinals were heavily stained (although waterless they still require periodic cleaning) and the smell was such that I had to hold my breath. The music (admittedly not to my taste) was so loud that I almost had to shout when asking at the counter for some sugar. Several of the outside tables had rubbish on them and most appeared to have not been wiped for quite a while along with all of those bins overflowing as well. It appears that there is a major shortage of staff but that cannot be an excuse for such a recent major reduction in standards. Such a shame this is our local McDonald’s. Has been terrible and mis-managed for years. Had to write a review as last night was the last straw. 15 minute wait in the drive thru, ordered at the first order point, guy at the second order point seemed confused that we already ordered. Then we get to the payment window, no one there, sat there waiting for 5 mins, staff looking at us from the window where you collect the food wondering why we aren’t driving down. Eventually the disinterested teenage staff member turns up for us to pay, we pay and move to collection point, we check the bag as things are always wrong, lo and behold no sauces. Staff member has gone again, have to call through the window to get sauces ask for ketchup and sweet curry, gives us bbq and sweet curry. Lose will to live. Park up, new burger is Philly cheesestack, burger is so bad I cant even finish it, for some reason covered in this runny cheese sauce which entirely overwhelms the burger, it never had any of that before when the burger was last out. DONT ORDER- This mcdonalds, FULL with people but, me and my sister today wanted to go to mcdonalds, but we went there to order and they where out of minecraft happymeals and gave me a paddington bear book 😭 the machune did not have an recite and we waited more than 5 min! that was a massive waste of time as you normally expect 1m of wait and then they forgot the happymeal and messed up the drink. its good my sister noticed my happymeal was gone so we went to get it and ask for it. after that we went in the car to eat and bro.. the burgers 💀 they where so messed up. for the kids cheese burger i dont have onions and there is no pickles but i said i DIDNT want pickles, not onions and theres no mustard that is correct but it tasted off and the fries dont taste like mcdonalds cardboard fries, THEY TASTED HOMEMADE 😢 idk if it was the oil but they where messed up, also the other burger was do bad, it had no taste and they missed the onions too and they didnt out the extra 1x cheese, THERE WAS NO CHEESE 😢 and the other fries tasted like stinky sweat. im very disappointed and im never going back to this mcdonalds,...
