Greggs — Restaurant in East Hertfordshire

Wow! I have been to a lot of Greggs. This one has to be the worst. The attitude of the staff is just unacceptable. They are rude, get peoples orders wrong and are hard to understand. They lack hygiene. I know that you need to wash your hands regularly and rotate the food around every 2 hours. Which I am sure they do not do. With the lack of hot food. They never ask any customer if you have the Gregg's app or even promote it. I always get attitude from the female cashier when I tell her that I have the app. They always seem in a rush and never finish serving one customer before they move on to the next. Clearly don't like working there, from the way they treated every customer. Even witness on many occasions customers...

I ordered a cheese and onion pasty from the lady serving. She then coughed and spluttered catching the phlegm into her hands, wiped her hands on her clothing then proceeded to pick up the tongs for the pasty and the small paper to package it.

I cancelled my order and questioned her hygiene, she shrugged her shoulders and carried on.

I won’t be returning.

Edit:: after looking at the 8 5 star review’s it’s obvious they’re fake, how can it be possible they’ve all reviewed the same places up and down the country….

So in reality this particular Greggs is actually...
