We ordered after our daughter was performing at the arts centre. We saw the reviews and thought we had to give it a go. Being the quarter finals of the European championships they were busy. I booked a slot for 19:45. They took the trouble of calling me to say they were busy and my order would likely be 10-15 minutes late. I arrived a little early to be met with an apologetic member of staff to say I would have to wait a few more minutes. Excellent customer service and awareness. Absolutely delicious food at a very affordable price! Everything came out super fast and freshly made. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The fried rice was amazing—full of flavor, with a generous amount of shrimp and a lovely hint of sweetness from the raisins. It really had that authentic Thai street food vibe, which I loved. Best Thai in Bishops Stortford and dare I say it the UK!! We have tried all the Thai’s in the local area and none of them come within a mile of Pukk thai! It’s ran by a family that put so much effort into the taste of the foods and the service provided!
