⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands Down the Best Bhuna I've Ever Had!

I had the pleasure of ordering a custom-made Bhuna from Ali’s Indian Takeaway and was lucky enough to watch Ali prepare it from scratch. Watching the process was genuinely impressive – the way he handled the spices, balanced the flavours, and cooked with such confidence and precision was like watching a true artist at work.

Every element of the dish was spot on – rich, bold, and packed with deep, authentic flavour. You could really taste the care and skill that went into it. The meat was tender, the sauce perfectly spiced, and it had that proper, homemade feel you just can’t get from a standard takeaway.

Very Poor takeaway Service This was my second time having a takeaway from ali's as the first time it was fantastic. First off the service is always friendly. This time however the food was not good at all. After waiting an hour for from the call to collection, which I don't mind as it is busy, I opened up my lamb garlic chilli massala and it was very watery with 6 small pieces of meet. The sauce had no spice and was bland it also separated on my plate as if it had been topped up with water. My partner had the chicken tikka bhuna which had the same issue of the watery sauce, even though it states it has "a think sauce" on the menu, she did however have plenty of chicken. Food Poisoning! Me and my partner had severe food poisoning for the last two days from the meal we had. I've ordered from these guys before and the meals were fine and am not the one to complain as i never complain on minor things , however to allow food to become that contaminated means there's been some serious neglect in the kitchen. I don't gamble with my health so will never use these again. Am certain this was from ali's as me and my partner live separately and we met in ali's that evening and never had anything together that day so it could not have been elsewhere. My advice is stay clear or you could end up enduring 48hrs...
