Well Umm I think best way to describe this place a badley run dirty s**t hole run by a very rude Chinese woman. Have a look at my photos before thinking of booking. We asked for directions in the village and one of the locals warned us not to eat there. The room was dirty with other peoples hair all over the end suit. We had the extractor fan for the kitchen out side our window sounded like a jumbo jet till 2300hrs. Then at 0445hrs the Cckrill started his morning call. I called down to order some food and was told by the very rude Chinese woman that she was to busy to take my order and I would have to go dawn and she put the phone dawn. No hand towels in shared toilet. Headboard hanging off the bed. Dangerous stair carpet that I tripped on thankfully I did not fall. A dump best describes this place. £120. Never again.

Stayed here for a wedding at the nearby Elm Tree. Single room was £40 for the night. Great value. Had all I’d expect and in good condition, though for anything more than a night and I’d have been a little more concerned. It was much like sleeping at my nans house as a kid. aka this place is stuck in the 90s. The floor in the room was particularly disgusting but everything else was pretty good!

This place was booked for an over night stay.It is above a Chinese restaraunt. I was allocated a single room which had a double bed. The only downside to this is opening the bathroom door is tricky as the bed is in the way and you cannot open the door fully! There were no toilets in any of the 3 rooms we booked, a communal one is at the end of the hall. The bathroom had a shower and basin with complimentry soap, shower gel and shampoo, towels were also provided. The bed was comfortable and the bedding clean. There was a kettle with tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided. ||We were treated well by the chap who greeted us and shown to our rooms, this did involve lot's of steps but not a problem for us. ||The English breakfast was good and cooked well, also provided with tea/coffee, orange juice and toast. There was no sense of rush. ||Parking is available with a little outside seating area. ||All in all this place gave value for money, at £35 per night including breakfast it felt reasonably comfortable and clean. You will not experience oppulance just basic, however, at that price this is to be expected. There were 5 of us altogether and we all felt this place did what it said on the tin!||We did not eat in the restaraunt downstairs so cannot...

😊: I liked that we were given a ground floor room, for an elderly customer, also was upgraded to a family room, giving lots of space. I also liked how easy it was to check in by a very friendly owner of the property. The beds are comfortable with lovely squidgy pillows.. 😢: I was not keen on some tiny details that can easily be rectified at not much cost, for example, the wardrobe door remained open because the key was missing. The curtain tie back was on the floor because the screw had come out of the wall. The sink drain smelt like it just needed good clean, plus the sink plug was missing it's original divider/catcher making the plug only just fit. All small things, but things that can make a difference. Also, there is a general miss-match of furniture and no instructions on how to use the (Apple)? TV. Took me a while to work it out! I was not made aware if there was WiFi, so didn't bother using it. My biggest gripe is how I was woken up by a very noisy family, banging up and down the stairs many times. Overall, I had a restless...
