Chicago Express Pizza — Restaurant in East Suffolk

I haven’t been able to stop thinking about this pizza since I last had it a year ago. (For context, I live in London), and out of all the pizza I’ve had in my life, with the exception of genuine Italian-style pizza, this is the best pizza I’ve had IN MY LIFE. This is so much better than any popular pizza chain. I seriously can’t fault it and I’m not sure exactly what makes it so amazing, but it really is. It’s not greasy, and the dough is so nice. Ordered a £14 pizza. We were walking home so asked if no answer at the door to leave outside the front door. After getting in and waiting 45 minutes I called this place. Was meet by aggressive voices telling me the pizza was delivered, I went and looked, no pizza. I was then passed to the deliver driver who aggressively asked what colour my door was, I reply white, oh, he says the door was black. Have been using Chicago Express for years. Last two orders have been dreadful... First one was missing items and took over an hour to receive the remainder. Second one never turned up! Phoned to chase, was told the driver was then leaving with it. Phoned back half an hour later when it still hadn't turned up. Only to be told the system had crashed and my order did not exist! To top it off I am then expected to phone another number to receive my refund! Will never...
