Phoned in order rude custoner service ever Worst kebab ever . Said oh my after i place my order like i am greedy said he could not find my road. He did not say how much how long.. .So i did not think my order was on its way lucky i did not order elsewhere Kebab got delivered and the delivery driver did not have card machine. So had to pay online i was not told they did not have card machine . Or i would have gone in or taken money out delivery driver was also rude. Kebab not worth the money at all. Hard chips, soggy bread and watery salad and only looked half the size it meant to be . Waste my time and money . Inconsidorate and rude . Never again id give less than one...

Was asked if we wanted chilly sauce, so asked if I could have it separately to put on when I got home rather than my expensive dish being flooded, to which I was told it was free to have it added or a pound to have it separate. Obviously queried this to then get into a full on argument over the cost of chilli sauce and electricity. Mentioned customer service and asked for a refund due to his argumentative behaviour to no avail. Tbh put it straight in the bin. Will go back to perfect kebab from now on. This guy needs some lessons in customer service....
Read moreOrder was 45 minutes late (it took a total of an hour and 50 minutes), and missing items. When I called to ask this to be rectified, I was shouted and sworn at. Eventually they agreed to send the missing items, which took a further 50 minutes (now totalling to two hours and forty minutes). Some how they couldn’t find our address for the second time, so they called and essentially told me that I don’t know where my own home is. The food was cold and very very greasy.
