Costa Coffee — Restaurant in East Suffolk

There's a couple of costa's in my local area but this is the one I tend to use most often the staff have always been extremely polite, friendly and helpful whilst maintaining a professional standard of customer service. I'd like to mention 1 particular staff member whom unfortunately I don't know his name but he wears glasses and has a beard and as I can normally only see him through the drive through window (I don't think he's the tallest of people) without fail he's always made our (my wife and i) visit enjoyable and he can't do enough to help if its needed ( I'm disabled and occasionally I require assistance). Hi just visited your drive through we ask to see the manager about a cup that I purchased in Peterborough that leaks a lot to change it the no care attitude of her was disgraceful I am a store manager and find the manager to be in a wrong position not a people person at all also we purchased drinks which we were over charged for and not even ask if we had a costa card and lost points I entered the costa which I didn’t have time to do that’s way I want though the drive though and they denied everything so your staff lie...

Visited the North Quay branch on Sunday afternoon and had to send our lattes back twice and even the 3rd attempt was only passable due to the temperature of them to be told by some very curt server that she couldn't make them too hot in case I spilt them and burnt me or burnt a customer!!!! I've never had a problem with temperature of my £4 each drinks at other Costa Coffees the server either didn't want to work on Sunday or was just rude.... she definitely needs to go on a...
