Quiet and as per a subway store clean.
However, marked down as staff could do with subway customer service and stock taking training.
When placing order - the usual routine of bread, size, content, salads and sauces as per all subways order placing routine -
however, on this event, was asked if i could advise in advance the TOTAL bread type and size in advance of order for 8 x people ?.. for more efficient bread usage and plan for store and server... explained kids would choose themselves .. However, the total bread usage and type demand made again!
About to head out for Morrison or Greg's Also on the same retail unit for better customer service!
Weird and strange that the effectiveness of subway branch overrides the customer order and experience..
Also didn't have Tuna or Veg patty in this and other subway store in area ..this store also ran out of Cucumber and had to ask for cucumber restock and on sandwich as server was literally scraping rather than restocking. Tuna was spread thinly and scraped over bread rather than liberally applied. Won't be revisiting and wary if this is the.new subway norm as something going awry with branch...

Great store was a little busy and I did have a wait however the stuff are new so will speed up ... I was severed by Josh he was very polite and efficient he said sorry for my wait and made me a good looking lunch .. thanks Josh keep up the good work
Not sure who owned this site but it looks really good I would maybe get a few more staff in to help reduce the waiting time while the new guys get upto speed

Read moreIt was a very hot day so me and a friend decided we would have a lovely subway salad, the young man behind the counter was very pleasant but made us wait a while even though we were the only two in the shop because he was preparing takeouts. Because of the virus situation there was no seating inside but there was seating outside which we took advantage of. We settled down enjoying our food when this very rude women ( a member of staff) came up to us and said we have to scan a piece of paper that was on the table for track and trace we said our phones didn’t scan so could we leave our name and phone number. Very rudely and at the top of her voice she said no you can’t then proceeded to say you must leave then shouted WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC YOU KNOW. She is a very rude person and she could spoke to us like dirt. Definitely won’t...
