Well, where do I start? First of all, I got told by Domino's app that the food would be ready in 11-16 minutes. I kept checking the app for when it was ready for collection, as I was only a 2 minutes journey away, and in the end, I decided to call as 40 minutes had passed to speak to a lady who had no clue about my order then I spoke to a male so in the ended went to the shop as neither of these people could understand English to a degree to be able to hold a conversation. After being lied to by one of the members of staff saying it was him who had spoken to me on the phone and then speaking to the other male who I originally spoken to on the phone to be told by him that the lady had just finished her shift at 8:15 but when I turn around and told him that the lady that I was talking to was the one behind the counter he went bright red and couldn't look at me I was then told by this male that he was the manager and then got told that he wasn't the manager and it was somebody else. They clearly didn't understand English or they just couldn't tell the truth! Let alone this male being behind the counter where the food was being prepped with no hair mask on his beard or around his head. Food hygiene clearly has gone out the window with this company members of staff were prepping food answering the phone and then going back and prepping more food without washing their hands. We then quickly went to the premier next door and when we asked again if they were ready, we were told they have already been collected. The worker accused us of already collecting the pizzas and we had to explain we hadnât and were just in the shop. My colleague placed the order so had to get her to send the confirmation email. They had to do an investigation into it. So basically they gave our pizzas to the wrong person and then accused us of already collecting, they also found it suspicious that we placed the order at 12:10 and arrived at the shop at 12:30, which was accusing us again. Me and the Fiance went for Two for Tuesday's but ended up being persuaded to get the ÂŁ14.99 deal which includes a large pizza, wedges and a garlic bread.
We both like different pizzas and so we decided half and half was the best idea.
I had American Hot and she had Texan BBQ.
After a ten minute wait we get our pizza and head to the car. It's best to be safe than sorry so on our route home I checked the pizza and it was all American hot.
It's best to say she wasn't impressed (she's pregnant too!).
The gent behind the till was more than willing to make us an additional medium Texan BBQ so after a little wait we left with our free pizza.
