Sizewell Social — Restaurant in East Suffolk

Disappointed by service. Food order was forgotten and rushed through at the last minute after staff were reminded by my husband. Took an hour to recieve food and potatoes were raw. My son had to bring his pizza home in a box so that he didn't miss the wrestling show that we booked for his birthday. Very disappointing. Raised the issue with manager. Management took no accountability. No apology. No refund. Very poor communication. Took a week to reply to my email and then suddenly stopped responding - although I'm sure he'll be quick to jump on this bad review with plenty of excuses. I was told my husband should have raised the issue sooner but the poor service at the restaurant had already caused them to be late to the wrestling show. I emailed the next day to give management some feed back. All I wanted was some acknowledgement or an apology - a refund would...

I stopped by for an espresso and to get some local information. Just been up for lunch for fathers day ,Sunday Carvery .. all very happy with our meals and the dads chuffed with their free pints, lovely staff as per usual always happy to help nothing is too much, well and truly stuffed enjoyed every bite..
