Subway — Restaurant in East Suffolk

I’ve been going to Subway for around 15 years and this was no doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had, it was being run by a “manager” who had absolutely no idea what he was doing and was constantly asking his colleague how to do everything, his demeanour was too lax and he seemed to think it was a good idea to prioritise deliveries over in-store customers, it was 45 minutes before our order was completed and not only were we charged the full amount but also for an extra layer of cheese that we didn’t have and while luckily I was refunded, as a former Subway Team Leader and Burger King Delivery Driver, this is just unacceptable, not to mention that by the time we started eating our sandwiches they were nearly cold despite them having been toasted. IN-STORE CUSTOMERS SHOULD TAKE PRIORITY OVER DELIVERIES, MANAGERS SHOULD BE SWITCHED ON AT ALL TIMES AND KNOW HOW EVERYTHING SHOULD BE DONE INSTEAD OF RELYING ON THEIR SUBORDINATES FOR THINGS LIKE THAT!!
