Taste Of India — Restaurant in East Suffolk

I ordered a delivery meal starting with onion basis arrived dence and cold might as well gone to sainsburys my main meal was lamb madras watery and cold my wife had a chicken dish she found cold but ok i live 5 minutes from the restaurant. They where advertising 20% off take aways collected or delivered but I didn't get the discount so I phoned to get sombody who just wanted to to arrogant with the customer I didn't get the 20 % off no dates when it starts or finishes so am making people aware that the food is not good enough for over £31.00 I expect better i will keep using the bay of bangalore take away better food nicer...

We ordered a takeaway from this restaurant as we have done many times but .......this time the food was not good at all? It was luke warm and bearing in mind we live 5 mins away ,this was not acceptable. The chicken tasted "recooked" and the Rogan Josh has no spice or flavor. We phoned the restaurant to complain and the response was "thankyou for letting us know!" . We are regulars to this establishment both eating in and take out as its normally good but of late it's gone downhill . I'm sure if they read their reviews they will...

Appalling. Last Saturday 28th June 2025 unlike other meals from this restaurant we have had delivered before this one smelt of very old burnt oil, tough and chewy prawns. Complaining directly to the resterant who we're not realy interested and told me to contact 'Just Eat' from whom I had ordered, only to find that days and days later said nothing they could do.
