My sister had just booked a sourdough course at the Chantry Kitchen and suggested I join her so I did and I am very pleased that I did. What a fun day where we learned so much about how to make sourdough and how to feed your starter. Jo was very friendly and helpful and helped us when needed. As there were only 4 of us on the course with Jo it was like spending a day in a friend’s kitchen learning new skills. Read moreI booked a sourdough bread making course, but it really was so much more. What a fantastic day,!! We made many different types of bread and learned ways to use up left overs. I felt quite empowered as a baker (having never baked bread in my life) and am currently making a sourdough loaf as I type.
