Toilets in this Waitrose absolutely disgraceful. Filthy dirty, water leak being soaked up by foul smelling mouldy absorbant pad. Toilet paper incorrect size for the plastic dispenser so unuseable, meaning faeces from a previous user left on the seat. Reported to customer services who said "yes we know, several people have already reported it". Do something about it then!!! I notice now someone mentioned it in a previous Google review TEN months...

The actual shop was as good as all Waitrose shops, but unfortunately the toilets were an absolute disgrace...
