Been in here twice now, both times my partner and I were served by the same person. Both times he was rude and just seemed like he didn't want to be there. I understand it's a stressful job and he probably doesn't want to be there, but it made my partner and I feel like we weren't welcome at all. It felt like we were getting in his way just by asking for 2 drinks. He got our order for the first drink, put it through the till, then as my partner started asking for his drink, the staff member turned away and talked to someone else.
When we asked where to scan my Costa card, he said nothing, just looked grumpy and tapped the scanner. When we went to pay, he didn't even tell us our total, and just tapped the card machine. He didn't smile once. Every other member of staff there seemed relatively smiley and friendly but he was just plain rude. Disappointing that both times I've been there, I've been served by him.

   Read moreI use the Hampden Park Costa drive -thruâ regularly and the usual guy serving is lovely, helpful and leaves me with a smile but todays chap serving on the intercom & at the serving hatch (approx 2.49pm) messed up all our orders, didnât write on the lids what they were until we asked and another assistant had to tell him what they were & didnât use the drop-down serving tray to give us our food & drinks so my partner had to struggle to lean out the car to get them. We had to ask for a cup holder. He gave me cream and not my partner which was the wrong way around and a plain hot chocolate rather than a Terrys Chocolate hot chocolate for my partners son, which weâd pay for! Weâd driven down the bypass before we realised and on the way to our afternoon out. Very disappointing. He wasnât engaged at all.    Read moreOrdered using the app, went round the drive-thru to collect (as I have done before) and was told âbear with meâ at the order point where I waited for around 8 minutes before she told me to drive round without asking for my order number. She then told me I had to go inside to collect, which I have never had to do before, and laughed at me when I asked if she could just pass it through. I pointed out that all she had to do was pass it through from the other side and she laughed again and said she had a queue. I said I know, I have been waiting in that queue myself for over 10 minutes. She laughed at me again. When I went inside to collect I joined a huge queue and she laughed at me again and pointed at the door, where my drinks had been left to get warm and melt. Awful customer service!
