Fair Oak Curry House — Restaurant in Eastleigh

I walked through the door to be met by the rudest manager I have ever met. He had curry sauce all down his tie and legs, a naan bread sticking out of his pocket and a poppadom on his head. He sat me and my family of 5 at a table for 2 so my 3 kids had to sit on the floor and when the food was delivered, the waiter dropped it on my kids and told us to eat it as it was. All of that was okay tho, it was a fun dining experience. The one star is for the toilet's tho, they were covered from floor to ceiling in pitta bread and basmati rice which all tasted like they came off the floor in a toilet. would not...

Ordered a curry and had it delivered but unfortunately very disappointed, the lamb was very tough to the point it was unedible and was very small pieces/slithers of meat. Called to discuss the problem as I prefer to give someone a chance and was told it was fresh meat and was offered 20 percent off the next order but why would I order another if they can't put what was wrong right properly? Shame as I wasn't asking for a whole new order for nothing and I don't complain unless there's really something wrong, I would have hoped they would of tried to rectify the matter but I guess you...

Ordered a curry at 5.30pm on New Years Eve, chased up 2 hours later to be told its an hour away, chased again 2hrs later to be told we didn't answer the door!!! We have CCTV & sensor lighting so no way we could have missed it, the guy then said they would re-cook the meal and send out. Which means they hadn't even cooked the meal!

If this is the way they way they act and lie so easily, what are they like with the food, won't ever be using these guys again nor would I...
