Absouetly shocking service! The food was quality! however the service was absouetly shocking! Please do not visit biggest cons place ever !!!!! you sit down! Then wait to get service. You wait 20 minutes, Then the owners send someone who puts papa dooms on the table. Without saying anything or giving you instructions or even a menu. so you would assume it's free like any typical Indian resturant. Which is a con so they can charge you for something you didn't even order. Then you order the food which doesn't all Come at once so members are left out waiting for there food. So you make an complaint. They then get told it's going to be taken of the bill. The bill comes out and you are charged an extra 27.00 for padadooms, whisky which you didn't order and water which you didn't even pay for. So you request a refund they refund everything but the most expensive thing they have charged for the 27 pound and they don't give you a refund or discount on the food which came late . Then when requesting a refund the manager is saying you don't get anything In life for free and not even listening to the customer needs or request. If he had listened he would of understood we didn't request or want to get charged 3 things! He should have. Refunded the 27 pound! and no arguments or issues would have been caused . One memeber knocked a chair over in anger of the poor management not listening or paying attention to his need . And then for a manager to say we are banned for requesting a 27 pound refund. Is beyond shocking.!! When u come to a place for the first time you want to be listen to and instructed in the right way what is free and what is not free!!! like the service is shocking you get a table of 20 you would think the each individual person order would have calculated not muddled up! so Matt orders 20 pound would kez Orders 50 kev orders 10 Liam orders 30 but u find instead of that easy way you find that it's all mixed up makes it confusing!! Will recommend not going to this resturant under any circumstances until the managers look after each customer in the proper way!!!!! I visit alot of curry restuarants around southampton and Kept being told about this place so thought i would give it a go, my food was amazing couldnt fault it but the people i went with couldnt say the same one found a bone in a butter chicken which is suppose to be fillets and one ordered a korma and it came looking like a coconut soup when telling the young waiter he just smiled and said you ordered the coconut supreme walked off and laughed to the other colleagues like he done it on purpose and nothing was done about it for about 10/15minutes until i assume was the manager that came over about the bone and resolved the situation but wasnt resolved over the korma/coconut supreme the young waiters made us feel unwelcome as they kept coming over to see if we had eaten anything then taken a few steps back to wisper and laugh to another colleague very un proffessional so at this point we got the bill and left.

Thanks to the manager for doing what he could to resovle it but i assume the waiter didnt inform the manager that he gave us a different meal then what was said.

My son-in-laws food was Also bad you could see it had been Frozen no attempt to hide the fact it had come from a square frozen container as it was put on the plate as a square serving fresh out the microwave.
