The staff was very unkind, I asked to have the bread which was obviously the sweets in the showcase, but said, this is not available, how come the bread not available is still kept in the showcase ? I have been coming to this Costa now for more than 5 years and usually 5+ times every week. I always recommend it to friends and as a meeting place. I am a loyal costumer for costa. However, some of the staff required a few more hospitality trainings, and learn to how to handle in certain/some situations, and how fast or pro-active he/she needs to be when working in a busy environment for both physically and mentally.
