Disgusting customer service. Rang up, requested no onions or peppers on my order - got half my sentence out and the guy on the phone cut me off saying no, no nothing like that on this order (brilliant, OK) Got it home and peppers on. Rang up, spoke to a man who passed me to the chef. Chef says order only states no onions. I explained I cant say what's written only what wad asked for etc. Offered to remake for me but I said no thanks just after a refund. Took it straight back untouched, where the owner ARGUED with me about the wrong order. The Ashianna is and has been our favourite restaurant for over 10 years. The food is amazing and consistent. The restaurant is always finished to a really high standard and a really nice dining experience. Staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Takeaway are available which we sometimes choose to do if we're making last minute plans. Plenty of parking at the rear car park but sometimes you can get parked on the main street.
