Popped in today with a friend. Paid £18 for an afternoon tea for 2, bit more than we have paid else where but thought would give it a try...we shouldnt of bothered!!!. We paid before we got it (big mistake!!).... coffee was a bog standard filter... fair enough. We picked a sandwich each, i choose tuna and my friend chicken..well from the size of them i think they used half a slice of bread for each filling and cut them into 4. Scone was so dry and hard we couldnt eat them. Staff could clearly see we wasnt happy but kept hiding in back and only popping out to take payments or take food out. Fluffy omelette very tasty and a Harvey Burger with the crunchiest onion rings and tender tasty beef patties. Both had very fresh salad and subtle dressing. Staff were just lovely.
