It was so nice to walk in and greeted by such friendly and lovely staff. It instantly made us feel welcomed and relaxed. We ordered a mocha and hot chocolate which was brought over to us, it was the best we've had in a very long time. Delicious! There seemed to be a good selection of food/cakes & snacks. Overall a lovely cafe. Thank you 🙂

Very nice food and milkshakes, well priced as well, only odd thing is you have ask for a menu, quite a few people using included wondered where the menu was, other than that fantastic little cafe.

We were staying near by Betty's, been here number of times for breakfast. It was closed every time. Even local residents were surprised that why they aren't opening. It's one star from me.

Excellent - on our walk from Millom station around "The loop" and back again via the Bear on the Square# Millom. Full English for two, marvellous chipolatas, and good price. Love the touch of the under heated wooden seats with a slot cut in the benchwork for the heat to rise. Glad we found it as Millom cafes poor compared, large one outside station closed, the one on station seemed to be takeaway or restaurant, nobody using the tables and the one outside Tesco about 6 seats inside ( minute). Betty's best by far and worth the walk...

We are staying at haverigg caravan park , we called in to Betty’s beach hut for some food and a hot drink , nice little cafe seating area inside and out , staff friendly, I had bacon and sausage patty in a ciabatta bun and my partner had sausage patty and egg , it was cooked perfectly 👌🏼 the ciabatta bun was so soft , it was the best butty we have had in a long time . 100% recommend. Hot drinks went down a treat , the kids had ice cream , good service , good...

Went here after reading the reviews that say it was dog friendly. I can honestly say it isn’t! It is if you sit outside only. I only wanted a couple of drinks and was stopped immediately at the door to ‘no dogs allowed inside’. I wasn’t planning on sitting in, just buying a drink. A shock after how many other places were so nice. Wouldn’t visit again! I’d rather go further up to Seascale as everyone from the chippy to the ice cream parlour...
